I’m currently going “dairy-free” after stumbling upon an article about cows milk. Any vegetarians out there with a superiority complex that continue to drink milk and eat eggs, butter and cheese are only kidding themselves…they may as well eat meat! Cows are treated barbarically for their milk and killed when they have done their two rounds of birthing. And don’t even get me started on what is lurking in said milk…..unnatural amounts of hormones, pus, bacteria, blood, etc. Sounds delicious doesn’t it?
